Olga Fakiola is a lawyer and Senior Associate in the Tax & Legal Services Department at PwC Greece, working in cooperation with Vizas-Grigoriadou & Partners Law Firm, particularly in the Regulatory, Digital Law & Innovation department. She provides legal advice and has in-depth knowledge of various regulatory matters, including data privacy, corporate governance, and the energy sector.
Olga is a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) with expertise in data privacy and GDPR issues. She has worked with a diverse range of public and private entities, participating in personal data compliance projects.
On a day-to-day basis, she provides legal advice and data protection officer services to domestic and international clients operating in the technology, health, and financial sectors. Olga also addresses a wide range of regulatory matters for global and domestic organizations, helping them navigate challenges from a regulatory and compliance perspective in their daily business operations.
Olga holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Law and Economics in the Energy Market from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).
