George Deligiannis is Senior Partner & Head of Advisory in Grant Thornton Greece and brings more than 26 years of experience. He holds the CPA and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece verifications.
He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece.
During the course of his career, George has developed specific expertise in the financial, manufacturing, energy, transportation, technology, food & beverage, tourism and healthcare sectors in providing assurance, tax and advisory services.
George has been the project manager in several teams in multinational, listed and non-listed entities. Some of the entities are mentioned below:

Moreover, within the last 9 years, George has been occupied with developing the Advisory Department in Grant Thornton. In particular, he holds extensive experience in Due Diligence, Valuations for Μ&Αs and IFRS, Business Combination Cost Allocations, Introduction of Entities for listing on Athens Stock Exchange Alternative Market (ΕΝΑ), IBR, Transactional.
