Alexandros is leading the IT&T Business Transformation Services of the Athens International Airport (AIA). A professional with over 25 years of experience in the field of Information Communication & Technology in the Aviation Sector, managing and controlling new business ventures, activities and project portfolio programs, in line with the overall corporate strategy of the Athens Airport.
In the context of his duties Alexandros overseeing the Business Analysis & Project Management Services, as well as the Business Digital & Innovation services of the Information Technology & Telecommunication Business Unit (IT&T BU).
Throughout his career Alexandros managed to build an extensive knowledge of the Airport Operational & Business environment, with proven experience, mainly referred to Airport Innovation & ICT Business Systems, by analyzing, planning and implementing strategic projects across the company. He acts as an ambassador of AIA, by introducing innovative solutions and services and by promoting digital technologies in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Future Mobile Networks, Robotics, Biometrics, Internet of Things, Big Data intelligence, Information Security etc.
He holds a Batchelor Degree in Engineering of Applied Sciences and MSc Project Management degree in Information Technology by the University of Liverpool Management School.
