Theano (Nonika) Baka is the Head of Tourism Inspections and Certification Department / Head of Legal Compliance Service Division of TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS since 2014 and is a representative of TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS at the Tourism Committee of HELLASCERT.
She holds more than 17 years of experience in the fields of audits, certification and sales management in the agri-food and tourism sector with positions of responsibility in Certification Bodies.
She is graduate of the Agricultural University of Athens with a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Management Agrosystems and post graduate studies in strategic management of tourism destinations and businesses.
Creative and enthusiastic, she has been serving tourism industry with vision, quality and commitment.
