Ioanna Vlaikou is a Senior Associate in the Tax & Legal Services Department provided by PwC Greece in cooperation with “Vizas – Grigoriadou & Partners Law Firm”.
Ioanna specializes in compliance and regulatory matters and acts on behalf of both domestic and foreign clients regarding private equity transactions and investment-related business ventures. Her experience extends to various regulatory frameworks, including e-commerce, remote sale of products, insurance mediation, payment services, credit intermediation, etc.
She is actively involved in complex regulatory and corporate governance projects, advising on compliance matters, providing guidance on regulatory issues and assisting in licensing procedures.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Democritus University of Thrace, an LL.M. in Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London and an LL.M. in Transnational and European Commercial Law, Mediation, Arbitration and Energy Law from the International Hellenic University of Thessaloniki.
