MENTOR
Magda Peistikou is the Head of Learning and Development of INSETE (Institute of Education of the Greek Tourism Confederation). Since 2006, she has been working in the field of tourism and gastronomy education, both as a lecturer and in managerial positions.
In addition, since 2009 she has been the Editor in Chief of Food Service magazine and other business publications. Her work has been published in international journals and conference proceedings.
Her collaboration with UNWTO as a training expert began in 2020 and till now, she participated in educational projects conducted in Russia, Georgia and Tanzania.
Also, she is a member of the judging panel of the Taste Olymp Awards and The Innovation in Politics.
Last but not least, she organises food events from concept creation to execution and her work has been awarded several times by professional bodies and organizations.
