Kristian joined PwC in 2016 (with a 1 year gap to fulfill military obligations) and is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance team based in Athens, Greece, focusing on financial analysis/modelling, M&A, valuations, business plan preparations/reviews and fairness opinion assignments.
Over the past year, Kristian has been involved in M&A, valuation projects, impairment testing, model review and business plan preparation across several sectors, including consumer retail, hospitality, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and infrastructure.
In 2017, Kristian was part of the team that performed the fairness opinion involving two major coastal shipping companies. In 2019, Kristian also advised Media-Saturn in the successful landmark merger between Public and MediaMarkt in Greece.
Recently, Kristian has been involved in a M&A process for a Healthcare company and provided Project Management services to WIND HELLAS in the context of its Tower business demerger and eventual sale to Vodafone Group.
Kristian holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelors Degree (Valedictorian) in Economics from the University of Piraeus. He is also a Level II Candidate in the CFA Program
