Myrto joined Stanton Chase as a Junior Consultant in the Consumer Product & Services sector, having practiced HR in Greek and multinational companies on a local as well as international level across FMCG, IT and Manufacturing industries.
Her past 6 years of experience has given her valuable know-how in exercising talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employer branding, organizational and talent development, employee engagement and digital transformation.
She has managed to be considered as a person with integrity, creativity, flexibility and open mindedness in order to deliver successful results. Her broad experience in HR and personal interest in people, high level of ability to work on multiple projects and her organizational skills are some of the promising signs she is on the right path towards establishing herself as a valuable member of Stanton Chase amongst clients and candidates.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from University of London, Birkbeck College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Patras.
