Elena Papadonikolaki is a highly motivated and goal-oriented sales professional with over 20 years of demonstrated experience in hospitality sector driving top line revenue and market share.
She holds Hotel Management and Business Administration Degrees from her studies in Strasbourg and Paris.
She was raised within the hotel industry through her family business in Greece. She worked in London at international hotel brands such as Accor and Hilton, staring in sales positions.
She came back to Greece in 2009 and she moved her way up leading the cluster sales of 3 hotels in Greece (a total of 824 rooms), in between the iconic Landmark Hotel Grande Bretagne.
In August 2021 and after 13 years of a successful career within Marriott International & Lampsa Hellenic Hotels, she took the decision to step out while looking into new more entrepreneurial challenges.
