CapsuleT at Beyond Expo 2025: Innovation & New Technologies in Tourism
CapsuleT Travel & Hospitality Accelerator is preparing for a dynamic presence at Beyond Expo 2025, participating at the Attica Region pavilion.
From April 4 to 6, at Hall 4, Stand A02-B01, 7 startups from our ecosystem will present their innovative solutions and will be available to visitors to discuss collaboration opportunities.
The participating Startups, Cellarhopping, EV Loader, kleesto, Narratologies, orbito travel, SmartINN.ai, and Vivestia, will share their innovative ideas, offering technological solutions that enhance the visitor experience and improve the management of tourism businesses. From smart booking systems to personalized travel experience solutions, our startups bring the future of tourism to the present.
At the same time, we participate in various events and panels during the exhibition. In detail:
Panel: How Tech is Elevating the Travel Experience
2025 Beyond Forum – Saturday, April 5, 13:15 – 13:30 – Mr. Alexandros Vassilikos, President of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, will participate in the panel “How Tech is Elevating the Travel Experience”. The discussion will focus on how technology upgrades the traveler experience, from the digitization of hotel services to smart personalization solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Panel: New Technologies in the Service of the Tourism Destination and the Visitor
Attica Region Pavilion – Saturday, April 5, 14:00 – 15:00 – CapsuleT is organizing the panel “New Technologies in the Service of the Tourism Destination and the Visitor”, which will take place on the Attica Region stage (Hall 4, Stand A02-B01). Representatives from our startups will discuss the most modern technological solutions that contribute:

Central Macedonia Region Pavilion – Saturday, April 5, 17:00 – 19:00 – Katerina Saridaki, Director of CapsuleT, will participate in the panel “The Funders of Innovation: From funding the idea to investing in mature startups”, which will take place at Hall 3 – Central Macedonia Region Stand C02 / D01.
In the discussion, distinguished investors and representatives of the startup ecosystem will share their views on funding strategies for startups and the transition from proof of concept to commercial success.
