Andriana is a Principal Consultant, specialized in the Consumer Products and Services sector with specialization in FMCG, Retail and in the emerging e-commerce. On February 2007, she joined SCI as a Researcher, whereas since July 2010 she is an active member of the Consultants team of Athens office.
Her enthusiasm and stamina in handling demanding clients and specialized projects, her achievement drive, her client-centric philosophy and the high quality in her deliverables offered her constant promotions throughout the years. She has handled multiple recruitments for key business functions including sales and marketing, information technology, human resources and finance for both Greek and multinational corporations.
Prior to her career in Executive Search, Andriana accumulated a brief in-house HR experience within Titan Company.
Andriana has graduated from Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) with a Bachelor degree in Marketing and Communication and later on from Lancaster University (UK) with a Masters’ degree on Human Resources and Knowledge Management.
