MENTOR
Antonis Mitzalis is a third-generation hotelier managing two family-owned hotels in Kavala and Thassos since 1994. With extensive expertise in overseeing hotel renovations, development planning, and operational management, Antonis has played a crucial role in modernizing the family business.
He has been the president of the Kavala Hoteliers Association since 2011 and is also a board member of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels. Antonis works closely with local stakeholders to promote Kavala as a key tourism destination. Before entering the hospitality industry, he worked as a Technical Director at a Greek petroleum company.
He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, with a focus on design.
