MENTOR
Eirini is the Manager of Delice S.A. The company used to own the emblematic Patisserie shop Delice and the Delice Hotel Apartments, both situated in the Hilton area, in Athens.
Eirini originally obtained her diploma in Culinary Arts from the Cordon Bleu School in London in 2000, aiming to join the Delice Patisserie, which she successfully managed from 1998 until 2002.
In 2003, she transitioned to manage the Delice Apartment Hotel as it was under renovation for the 2004 Olympics. In 2004, she took an accounting course in order to be able to manage and supervise the Financial Department.
During her career, she has conducted several innovations to acquire new skills. As the hotel is relatively small, she has gained experience by overseeing every aspect of the business and she has developed an effective issue-solving ability. Her strong belief is to inspire and lead by example.
