The Capsule^T Travel & Hospitality Accelerator, the initiative of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels dedicated to fostering innovation in tourism, is opening applications for its 9th Acceleration Cycle, inviting travel & hospitality startups to take the next step in their growth journey.

Applications will remain open from May 25 until June 25, 2026, and are addressed to technology startups developing innovative solutions for tourism, hospitality, and travel experiences.

A Program Designed for Travel-Tech Startups

The Acceleration Program is the core pillar of Capsule^T’s activities and has been designed to support early-stage startups by providing meaningful guidance, education, and market access.

The teams selected will join a 5-month acceleration program, which includes:

• workshops and educational sessions,
• mentoring from industry professionals,
• networking & meetups,
• presentations and pitching opportunities,
• on-site visits to businesses in the tourism sector,
• participation in exhibitions and extroversion initiatives,
• as well as free access to the accelerator’s facilities.

At the same time, startups joining the program will have the opportunity to remain as Capsule^T residents for an additional 24 months, continuing to use the accelerator’s facilities free of charge.

7 Years of Supporting Travel-Tech Innovation

Over the past 7 years, Capsule^T has evolved into an active innovation hub for Greek tourism, supporting startups operating in sectors such as:

• AI & automation,
• hospitality operations,
• fintech & travel payments,
• mobility & transportation,
• sustainability,
• travel experiences,
• accessibility solutions, and many more
• tourism marketing & engagement
• events & conference tech
• promotional & booking platforms

Through its programs, 70 startup have participated in mentoring initiatives, workshops, networking activities, and international missions, developing solutions that address the modern needs of the tourism ecosystem.

Which Startups Can Apply

The program is addressed to technology startups that:

• have at least a working prototype,
• consist of a team with at least two founding members,
• have been operating for less than 4 years,
• and have received total funding of less than €500,000.

Applications must be submitted exclusively in English.

Cash Prizes & Benefits

Teams that successfully complete the program will compete for cash prizes totaling €40,000, along with additional benefits and services provided by the program’s strategic partners.
