Unloket is an AI hospitality operations platform that automates guest communication, handles requests instantly, drives upselling opportunities, and helps independent hotels deliver consistent, hyper-personalized service at scale.

Unloket
Detailed presentation

Unloket is an AI hospitality operations platform built for independent hotels and short-term rental operators. It connects with guests through familiar channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, and Viber, answering questions, handling requests, providing personalized recommendations, and promoting relevant hotel services. The platform uses each property’s own policies, information, and operational knowledge, while escalating complex cases to staff when needed.

Already in hotels across Greece and the US, Unloket helps hospitality teams automate repetitive communication, respond faster, increase ancillary revenue, and deliver a more consistent, personalized guest experience without requiring guests to download an app. We essentially help independent hotels compete with chains.

The problem

Independent hotels and short-term rental operators are expected to deliver fast, personalized service across an increasing number of digital channels, often with limited staffing and fragmented systems. Front-desk and operations teams spend significant time repeatedly answering the same questions about breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking, check-in, local recommendations, and hotel services.

During evenings, peak periods, or low-staffing hours, response times and service consistency can deteriorate. At the same time, valuable opportunities to promote amenities, upgrades, and local experiences are frequently missed because staff cannot proactively engage every guest. Existing solutions are often fragmented, integration-heavy, or focused on a single communication channel. The result is higher operating pressure, inconsistent guest experiences, and lost revenue. Hospitality businesses need a scalable way to maintain high-quality service without continuously increasing headcount.

Our Proposal

Unloket gives hospitality operators an AI-powered operating layer for guest communication. Guests interact through channels they already use, including WhatsApp, SMS, and Viber, while Unloket responds instantly using the hotel’s own policies, documents, recommendations, and operational knowledge.

The platform can answer common questions, manage routine requests, recommend local experiences, promote relevant amenities, and escalate only the situations that require human attention. Staff can operate through a unified inbox, use AI-generated drafts, or enable higher levels of automation depending on their needs.

Because Unloket can be deployed without forcing guests to download an app or requiring complex integrations, properties can adopt it quickly. The result is faster service, lower operational workload, more consistent guest communication, and additional revenue opportunities.
