Sofia Vasileiadou is an experienced professional in the tourism and technology sectors, with over 20 years of experience in the hotel and online travel industry. She currently works as a Business Program Manager at Expedia Group, focusing on enhancing commercial capabilities and developing AI-driven innovations for global sales organizations. In her role, she leads sales capability development and the implementation of AI solutions, contributing to improved decision-making, commercial communications, and operational efficiency through automation.

During her 12-year tenure at Expedia, she has led operational and commercial teams across Greece, Turkey, Croatia, and the Czech Republic, contributing to the design and execution of international initiatives. She has also collaborated with leading multinational companies such as Hyatt and Expedia, further strengthening her expertise in performance optimization, partnerships, and customer experience.

She holds a degree in Hotel Management and an Executive MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Macedonia.
