Despoina Kritikou is a Senior Associate in the M&A team of Vizas – Grigoriadou & Partners Law Firm, with a practice centered on transactions and strategic corporate reorganizations. She advises corporate clients across diverse industries on the full M&A lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence through negotiation, drafting and execution of share and asset deals and post‑closing implementation.  Her experience also includes negotiating and drafting Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (CPPAs), bringing sector‑specific insight to energy‑related M&A. She has also worked on insolvency, corporate recovery and turnaround mandates, supporting stakeholders on distressed M&A, enforcement strategies and value‑preserving restructurings. Prior to joining PwC in 2021, she practiced at a leading law firm focused on NPLs and distressed assets, managing portfolios and litigation relating to judgment enforcement. Despoina holds an LL.B. from the Democritus University of Thrace and an M.Sc. in Law and Economics in Energy Markets.
