Tourmie is an online concierge application which helps accommodation providers offer personalized services to their guests.

Tourmie transforms traditional concierge, by offering a fully automated digital application for hotels villas & bnb’s, through which they can promote additional services to their guests, provide useful information about their stay, and generate revenue from each sale. In order to improve visitor experience, Tourmie is constantly developing its network of partners from trusted service providers throughout Greece, so that every visitor can learn more about the place is visiting, through various authentic local experiences. Instantly after booking a stay, Tourmie becomes the guest’s personal digital assistant, offering a personalized page with personalized suggestions. From that point, the guest can book services provided by the hotel in-house or outsourced (e.g car rental, taxi, activities and breakfast), check useful information about his / her stay (e.g check-in, arrival instructions and WiFi code) and finally, to solve any issues via live chat with the front desk or the host.”
What problem/issue are you trying to solve?
An accommodation provider cannot handle efficiently and fast the inquiries for travel services from their guests and cannot easily manage their outsource associates which provide travel services. In addition, most services providers lack of an efficient and simple system for managing their booking inquiries from accommodation providers.
What’s the solution provided by Tourmie?
Tourmie is a simple but yet powerful tool, which facilitates the collaboration between accommodation and service providers. Using Tourmie, accommodation providers have the opportunity to increase their income from travel service sales, while service providers can promote their services to new sales channels. Our service helps accommodation providers manage efficiently and with ease visitor inquiries for travel services, payments and partnerships through detailed reports. Last but not least, both service and accommodation providers receive electronically and with transparency their agreed payments within 24h once a service is completed.

Founder & CEOStelios is the Co-Founder of The Central Boutique Apartments based in Heraklion, Crete. He holds a degree in Finance & Insurance from the Department of Finance & Accounting of the TEI of Crete. He also holds a Master's Degree in Finance & Banking from the Business School of the University of Portsmouth (UK). Stelios has also presented several academic papers at national and international conferences and is the author of several scientific publications.
