StayMate
Detailed presentation

StayMate is an AI-powered digital assistant designed specifically for the hotel guest experience. Available throughout the guest stay, it instantly answers questions, recommends services and experiences, and turns guest requests into actionable tasks for hotel staff.

At the same time, it helps hotels promote services such as restaurants, drinks, spa treatments, excursions, and upgrades more effectively. By combining artificial intelligence with guest interaction data, StayMate enables hotels to deliver better service, reduce repetitive staff workload, and create more opportunities for ancillary revenue throughout each guest’s stay.

The problem

During a hotel stay, guests constantly have questions and needs, ranging from information about the hotel and destination to reservations, room service, transportation, and activities. Today, much of this communication goes through the front desk or remains fragmented across printed materials, apps, and phone calls. This creates repetitive workload for hotel staff and often leads to delays in guest service.

At the same time, hotels miss significant ancillary revenue opportunities because guests may not be aware of all available services or may not discover them at the moment they are most relevant to their needs. As a result, there is a clear gap between what a hotel can offer and what guests actually discover, request, and purchase during their stay. Hotels need a more efficient way to connect guest needs with available services in real time.

Our proposal

StayMate creates a single digital point of communication between the guest and the hotel, available throughout the entire stay. Guests can ask questions, request services, and discover relevant hotel offerings through a simple, multilingual AI-powered experience.

StayMate transforms guest requests into actionable tasks for hotel staff, while also presenting the right service at the right moment, such as restaurant bookings, spa treatments, drinks, excursions, or late checkout. This allows hotels to reduce repetitive communication for their teams, provide faster and more consistent guest service, and create additional ancillary revenue opportunities. At the same time, hotels gain valuable data on what guests ask for, which services they use, and how they interact throughout their stay. StayMate therefore acts not simply as a digital concierge, but as an intelligent guest-engagement layer connecting service, hotel operations, and revenue generation.
