Emmanouella Moussama was born in Athens in 1974. She graduated from University of Piraeus with a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Marketing in 1997 and from the City University in London with an MSc in Organizational Behavior.

From 2013-2016 she worked at the Ngo PRAKSIS (PROGRAMS OF DEVELOPMENT, SOCIAL SUPPORT AND MEDICAL COOPERATION) and specifically at the Business Coaching Center and the Fund Raising Department. Praksis is an independent Non Governmental Organization whose main goal is the elimination of social and economic exclusion of vulnerable social groups and the defense of their personal and social rights.

From 2016 she works in Moussamas Bros as Experience and Communication Director, contributing in all levels of operation of the three owned properties: the Crowne Plaza Athens City Centre, the Holiday Inn Athens Attica Ave. Airport West and the Holiday Inn Arnis Street.

In 2019 she completed the Jungian Coaching Program, Jungian Coaching School, in Istanbul with Dr. Avi Goran Bar. The course benefited both her professional life and her personal development, through acquiring symbolic thinking and changing her view of workplaces, of relationships and of the human psyche.

She has a rich social engagement in various entities, as a general secretary of the Parents Committee for supporting the Fund Drive of the Hellenic American Educational Foundation, member of the appeal committee of SEE, member of the BoD of the Hellenic Riding Club for 6 years till 2017.

Her great passion is dressage and she was member of the Dressage National Team in 2013, Chef D’Equipe in the Balkan Games of 2012 and 2 times member of the Dressage technical committee of the Hellenic Equestrian Federation. She is the mother of 3 daughters.
