Elena is the Co-Founder and CEO of Woof Together, a startup company setting the standards in pet-friendly hospitality. She’s also a lawyer with a 5 years entrepreneurial background; she brings to the table a 3 years experience in pet-friendly hospitality and has consulted more than 300 hotels in Greece on their pet-friendly profile preparing pet policies and suggesting high quality products.
Elena received various awards in 2017 and 2018 for her innovative approach in Greek pet-friendly hospitality and has been awarded in 2017 a scholarship to attend the MIT StartMIT program in Boston, US.
She was awarded in 2018 the Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) Fellowship, the flagship program of the U.S. Department of State supported in its implementation by the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) for her contribution to the innovation in the pet care industry. She acts as mentor to early stage social impact startups.
