Stefanos is a serial internet entrepreneur since his first year as a Civil Engineering student at NTUA, back in 1998, when he co-founded with his best friend from school, John Noussis, his first business, a free web hosting company that was paying back its members.
Since then, he has co-founded (along with John) several other internet businesses, including an e-commerce SaaS platform for small businesses, an online software store, a webmasters’ portal, a web development and marketing agency and a social network for students.
From 2012 until today, he has been focused on his current startup, Travelmyth, the hotel search engine for sophisticated travellers. The Travelmyth Team has developed advanced algorithms and AI machine learning models to respond to long tail search queries in the most unique hotel categories.
Stefanos is experienced on several aspects of building and growing internet-based companies, as he divides his time on areas ranging from strategy and budgeting to programming and marketing. He is particularly motivated when, along with his team, he is developing technology solutions to problems that have not been solved by anyone else.
