Dr. Moros has over 20 years of accumulated professional experience in the fields of performance management, business strategy & planning, business analytics, operations & supply chain management, as well as corporate finance. During his career, he has participated in significant consulting engagements with leading private and public organizations in Greece and abroad within the sectors of consumer goods & services, manufacturing, retailing, telecoms, banking, insurance as well as other sectors.

In the early years of his career, he worked as Equity Analyst at the subsidiary investment company of Piraeus Bank in Greece and following that as Senior Equity Analyst and Member of the Investment Committee at the subsidiary investment company of Agricultural Bank of Greece (ATE Bank), covering listed companies in the sectors of consumer goods & services (including apparel and FMCG), retailing, utilities, IT and Telecoms. Later on, he assumed the position of CFO in one of the three largest luxury apparel distribution and retailing companies in Greece and after that he relocated to Switzerland where he served as Head of Operations & Procurement Management of one of the global product divisions at Hugo Boss Group. 

From 2009 until 2018 he has worked as Senior Manager within the consulting industry (currently at EY – Consulting Services and previously at ICAP Group-Management Consultants and Kantor Management Consultants) focusing on projects related to business strategy & planning, performance improvement, business analytics, operations & supply chain management, as well as corporate finance. In 2018 he was promoted to Director of Consulting Services, Data & Analytics at EY Greece. Parallel to his role, over the period 2017-2019 he served as the Central, Eastern, Southeastern Europe & Central Asia EY Consulting Markets Coordinator, while since 2019 he has taken over the role of EY CESA Consulting Finance Analytics Leader.  

In terms of academic activities, since 2012 he is an adjunct Professor at the Business College of Athens (BCA), where he teaches courses and gives lectures related to Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Operations Management. Moreover, he participates as a keynote speaker or subject-matter expert in various domestic and international conferences, workshops and competitions, and company trainings/seminars related to his fields of expertise. Furthermore, since 2017 he serves as the main Lecturer of the MIT Enterprise Forum-Greece startup competition training bootcamp, teaching methodologies and tools for innovative and effective entrepreneurship, corporate strategy and startup development to
the selected startup teams that participate in this competition each year.

Dr. Moros holds a BSc degree in accounting & finance from the American College of Greece, an MSc degree in finance (top 5% of the graduating class) from the University of Strathclyde-Business School in Scotland, an MBA degree from the University of Chicago-Booth School of Business and an MSc degree in research methodologies of management science from IE Business School-IE University in Madrid (final grade: outstanding). Moreover, he is also a Doctor in Business Administration (PhD & DBA) with distinction (Merit) from IE Business School-IE University, focusing on operations management and corporate strategy, with his PhD research subject being within the area of Supply Chain Finance Strategy.

He is also a regular member of the CFA Institute, the “Education-Innovation- Entrepreneurship” committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, the international “Institute for Operations Research & Management Sciences”, the “Academy of Management” international professional association and the international “Production & Operations Management Society” where he currently also serves as a Practice Leader.
