The 6th Youth Idea Competition “Idea Platform” by CapsuleT Travel and Hospitality Accelerator is launching, searching for innovative proposals that will provide solutions to practical challenges in the tourism industry. Apply by March 24, 2025!
What is the 6th Idea Platform?
The Idea Platform is a 12-day competitive program filled with workshops, mentoring sessions, and talks by experienced industry professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives from leading organizations. Its goal is to guide young teams in developing and refining their business idea, helping them shape it into a successful startup.
Who can participate?
The program is open to young individuals, students, graduates, postgraduates, PhD candidates, unemployed professionals, and early-stage businesses. Anyone interested should have an innovative idea for tourism that requires the use of thechnology.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Teams must consist of at least two members.
• Ages: 18-35 years old.
• Must be of Greek nationality or residents of Greece.
• No prior funding (except for an initial round up to €50,000).
• If a company already exists, it must have been founded less than six months before the application date.
Thematic Categories
Participating teams can submit ideas related to:
• Hotel and restaurant services
• Tourism transportation
• Booking search engines & online travel agencies
• Cultural and tourism activities
• Products and solutions for airports & maritime tourism
• Sustainability and eco-friendly tourism applications
• Digital communication & marketing solutions
• Fintech solutions for the tourism industry
Program Structure & Key Dates
The program runs from March 31, 2025, to May 6, 2025, featuring intensive training, mentorship, and support for participants.
The Final Awards Ceremony will take place on May 6, 2025.
